Day 1 - Arrival → Colombo
Colombo, Sri Lanka’s commercial capital, is a vibrant mix of colonial architecture, modern skyscrapers, and bustling local life.
Begin your journey with a stroll along Galle Face Green, then explore the Colombo National Museum and the Independence Memorial Hall.
Take time to experience local cuisine at Ministry of Crab or street food at Pettah Market. In the evening, enjoy a sunset at Mount Lavinia Beach.
Day 2 - Colombo → Mirissa
Mirissa is one of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful beach towns, famous for its whale and dolphin watching tours (especially from November to April).
Relax on the golden beaches, explore the Parrot Rock viewpoint, and surf gentle waves.
At night, enjoy seafood at beachside cafes or take a boat ride to watch the glowing plankton in the water.
Day 3 - Mirissa → Ella (via Udawalawe)
Stop at Udawalawe National Park for a thrilling jeep safari. This park is known for elephants, crocodiles, peacocks, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
Ella is a tranquil mountain village nestled in the highlands. It offers hiking, nature, and scenic beauty.
Visit Nine Arches Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, and Ravana Falls. Don’t miss the Ella train ride, regarded as one of the most scenic in the world.
Day 4 - Ella → Kandy
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kandy is the cultural capital of Sri Lanka.
Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, take a peaceful walk around Kandy Lake, and enjoy a traditional Kandyan dance performance.
The Royal Botanical Gardens in nearby Peradeniya are also worth exploring.
Day 5 - Kandy → Sigiriya (via Dambulla)
The Dambulla Cave Temple, dating back to the 1st century BC, features beautifully painted caves and Buddha statues. A must-see for history lovers.

Day 6 - Colombo or Airport
Return to Colombo or proceed directly to the airport depending on your flight schedule.
